Who Can Apply?

• Citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China complying with the relevant regulations set by Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the PRC;
• High school diploma holder and under the age of 25;

• In good health both mentally and physically.

When to Apply?

• Application Opens: December, 9th, 2024;

• Deadline for Application: May, 20th, 2025.

All application documents in other languages must be notarized in English or Chinese. All documents shall be submitted online:

• Passport home page (MUST Valid beyond September 30th, 2025);

• High school diploma or degree certificate(the expected graduation certificate can be acceptable,but the original graduation certificate must be submitted at the time of registration);

• Official transcripts;

• Language proficiency certificates：
  TOEFL≥ 80, IELTS≥ 6.0 or Duolingo English Test ≥ 90;
  Official English Proficiency Statement from the high school;
  No certificates when applicant’s first language is English;

• A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (usually issued within six months before the application submission date);

• Non-criminal record report (valid within 6 months);

• Bank Statement (at least CNY 20,000 or equivalent foreign currency);

• Payment receipt of application fee (Screen Shot);

• Proof of outstanding academic achievements, sports, art, cultural exchanges, public welfare activities, etc. (not mandatory).

How to Apply?

• Step 1: Login online application (Enter the consultation room to get the registration link), fill in required application information and upload application materials;Please be sure to fill in the applicant's personal email to ensure timely receipt of relevant notifications;
• Step 2: Pay application fee of CNY 400/ USD 60 (Non-refundable once applied). There are two ways to pay. You can use either way to make the payment. Prefer Wechat Payment.

Note:

1. Please put “name” on “姓名” section;

2. Put “11111” on “学号” section;

3. Put “400” on “交费金额” section;

4. Put “Application fee” on “交费备注” section, if someone else paid for you please put applicant’s name on it as well;

5. Screen shot the payment receipt.

• Step 3: Upload application fee payment receipt and submit application online;
• Step 4: Keep track of admission result. Admission Notice from HITSZ will be issued to Qualified applications after their successfully submission.
